Learn how to imprint baby fingerprints directly into the clay and firing it in the kiln. You will be taught how to bring out the definition of the print by oxidising and polishing your keepsake jewellery to a professional finish. Also make and take prints from moulds.

Learn how to use Art Clay Silver 650 Low Fire Clay. Roll, texture, shape, add small stones and oxidise the silver. Firing using torch and kiln and polishing to a high shine.

Advanced PMC Jewellery
Make intricate filigree designs using the syringe. This is a must if you intend to take the art clay certification course or want to progress to the Masters Register. You will make a pair of filigree earrings and a pendent and earring set using metal clay, stones and PMC syringe as part of the design.
If you're serious about turning your keepsake jewellery making into a profitable business this is the course for you. You need to have already done a Fingerprint Jewellery or PMC or Art Clay Silver Beginners course. On day one you will make a pair of cufflinks, learn how to set larger stones and make fancy bales. Day two covers all aspects of setting up a business including, costing, pricing, marketing, promotion, design, corporate image and suppliers.

A non refundable deposit of £25 per person is required to hold a place on a course. Cancellations with less than 3 weeks notice but more than 48 hours will have the deposit allocated to another course. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. Where a course has been booked and paid for in advance (i.e. Gift Voucher etc.) and a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice we will offer you a place on any course where a place becomes available at the last minute or on a course that has not been fully booked. New paying customers will take priority for places. If you have arranged for your course to be taken other then at the Clarise Jewellery Studio and have to cancel then you will forfeit the whole tuition fees.
We reserve the right to cancel any course that does not have the minimum of two pupils booked on. In this situation we will offer you the opportunity to transfer your deposit to another date or we will refund your deposit which ever you would prefer. We also reserve the right to cancel any course that may be necessary if any circumstances beyond our control result in us having to do so. Again in this situation you will be offered the opportunity to transfer your deposit to another course or and immediate refund of your deposit which ever you prefer.
If you cannot make our set course dates then contact us for a private course. We charge the same amount as the set course plus and additional £25 per person per day for 2 or £50 per day for 1. If there there is demand we will add another course date and you will not have to pay the private supplement.
